Purpose of the site
The site movencia.fr (the “Site”) is published by Movencia SAS, 59 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris. It presents the Movencia platform for managing calls for grants and grants, and lets you write to us, request a demo or a pricing proposal, and apply to the founding partners programme.
Acceptance
Using the Site implies accepting these terms of use. Movencia SAS may change them at any time; changes take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.
Access to the Site
The Site is available at all times, except for maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure. Movencia SAS may suspend or limit access, in particular for maintenance or security, without incurring liability.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content belongs to Movencia SAS or its partners (see the legal notice). Allowed: browsing the Site, printing for personal, non-commercial use, and sharing links to the Site.
User conduct
Users undertake not to:
- use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or against the rights of others;
- attempt unauthorised access to Movencia SAS’s systems;
- transmit viruses or any code that could harm the Site;
- send unlawful content, or third parties’ data without their consent, through the forms.
Liability
Movencia SAS strives to keep the information published accurate, without being able to guarantee it is complete or current. It cannot be held liable if the Site is unavailable, for fraudulent use by a third party, or for the content of the sites it links to.

How personal data collected by the Site is processed is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the courts of Paris.
