Recipients
The data is meant for the Movencia SAS team and processed by the subprocessors below, only to host the site and deliver the forms. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for marketing.
Subprocessors
Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States). Delivery of the forms by e-mail: Resend Inc. (United States), without persistent storage of the data. No sales tracking or audience measurement tool is used to date.
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel and Resend are established in the United States. These transfers are covered by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements, including, for Vercel, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data, and can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@movencia.fr stating who you are and what you ask; we reply within one month. If you consider your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses no cookie or tracker, whether technical, analytical or advertising.
Fonts
Fonts are served from this site; no data is sent to a third-party service to display them.
