Why data protection is at the heart of what we do
Movencia SAS supports NGOs, associations and SMEs in their digital transformation. Our clients often entrust us with the data of their beneficiaries, donors or customers. This responsibility demands exemplary rigour in personal data management, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.
What data do we process and why?
In the context of our commercial activity (website and inbound contacts), we only process strictly necessary data:

Purpose: improve the website
Minimisation principle applied: we only collect data necessary for the stated purpose. No sensitive data (health, political opinions, union membership…) is collected via our website.
Hosting — Vercel Inc.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., a US provider with which Movencia SAS has signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with the GDPR, including the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission for transfers outside the EU.
Data submitted via the contact form (name, email, message) may transit through Vercel's infrastructure as part of website rendering. No data is persistently stored by Vercel for its own purposes.
