The Site aims to present the IT services offered by Movencia SAS to NGOs, associations and French SMEs, and to facilitate contact via a contact form.

Accessing and using the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use (hereinafter “ToU”). Users who do not accept these terms must refrain from using the Site.

Movencia SAS reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. It is the user's responsibility to regularly check the current ToU.

The Site is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure. Movencia SAS reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or limit access to the Site, in particular for maintenance, updates or security reasons, without incurring any liability.

The user is solely responsible for their computer equipment, internet connection and the security of their access to the Site.

All elements of the Site — texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, architecture, visual identity — are the exclusive property of Movencia SAS or its partners and are protected by French and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of these ToU that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
