• Transactional email service: Resend Inc. (United States) — used solely to deliver contact form submissions to Movencia SAS, without persistent data storage

Movencia SAS never sells your personal data to third parties. Your data is neither resold nor transmitted for commercial prospecting purposes by external partners.

Under the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which has signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Movencia SAS compliant with the GDPR:

Contact form submissions are delivered by email via Resend Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States), a transactional email provider with which Movencia SAS has signed a GDPR-compliant DPA. Data transmitted (name, email, message) passes through Resend solely for delivery and is not stored persistently.

Movencia SAS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

Movencia SAS reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, in particular to comply with regulatory changes. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. We invite you to consult this page regularly.
